I have a proposal template that allows me to customize and send a high value proposal within 30 minutes of the completion of the complimentary call.
When a client decides on the package they want, I have an invoicing system in place that allows me to send an invoice and receive payment immediately.
I have at least one coaching homework assignment that I can send a coaching client to get them engaged and prepped for their first coaching call.

I am confident enough to charge the rates that I want.
